Pricing Formula

2% of annual ad spend

Minimum fee

€3,500

Excl. VAT. Final scope confirmed before the audit starts.

Fee follows spend

Pricing

Simple pricing. No vague packages.

The fee is calculated as 2% of annual Google Ads spend, with a minimum fee of €3,500 excl. VAT.

Annual Google Ads spend Calculation AVO Launch fee
€100,000 2% = €2,000 €3,500 minimum fee
€175,000 2% = €3,500 €3,500
€250,000 2% = €5,000 €5,000
€500,000 2% = €10,000 €10,000
€1,000,000 2% = €20,000 €20,000

The minimum fee applies when 2% of annual spend is below €3,500. For larger accounts, the fee scales with the size and complexity of the budget being audited.

Why 2%

Bigger accounts take more time to inspect.

The larger the spend, the larger the risk.

More spend usually means more campaigns, more search terms, more landing pages, more keyword opportunities, more data sources and more potential waste.

A small leak in a small account is annoying. A small leak in a large account is expensive.

AVO Launch is not priced by hours. It is priced by exposure.

The maths

The audit does not need to find much waste to justify itself.

Example

€250,000 annual spend

  • 5% avoidable waste = €12,500 per year
  • AVO Launch fee = €5,000
  • 2x audit fee = €10,000

A 5% leak already exceeds the guarantee threshold.

Example

€500,000 annual spend

  • 5% avoidable waste = €25,000 per year
  • AVO Launch fee = €10,000
  • 2x audit fee = €20,000

Larger accounts carry larger exposure.

Full paid traffic system

We do not only check the ad account.

We check whether paid traffic has a real chance to convert after the click.

That means AVO Launch looks at the full chain: search demand, keywords, ads, landing pages, page speed, persuasion and budget allocation.

The real question is not: “Are the campaigns running?”

Is the entire paid traffic system wasting money?

Audit areas

What we inspect

AVO Launch follows the money from search intent to conversion.

Area 01

Search term waste

We analyse the real queries behind your paid clicks to identify wasted spend, low-intent traffic and search terms that should be excluded, segmented or restructured.

Area 02

SEO keyword opportunities

Google Ads data does not show the full search landscape. We use SEO sources to identify relevant demand, keyword gaps and opportunities that paid campaigns may be missing.

Area 03

Google Search Console signals

Where access is available, we compare paid search activity with organic queries, impressions and landing page signals to find alignment gaps and missed opportunities.

Area 04

Quality Score & relevance

We review Quality Score components and relevance signals that may be increasing CPC pressure or reducing account efficiency.

This is not about vanity metrics. It is about margin.

Area 05

Ad-to-page alignment

A click is not enough. We check whether landing pages match the keywords, search intent, ad copy, offer and audience expectation.

Area 06

Landing page performance

We check which paid landing pages receive budget and whether they convert efficiently. Sometimes the campaign is not the leak. Sometimes the page is.

Area 07

Page speed

Slow pages waste paid traffic. We review page speed and technical performance signals for key landing pages, especially on mobile.

Area 08

Persuasion and influence signals

We review whether the page gives serious buyers enough reason to act. This includes authority, social proof, urgency, clarity, trust and risk reversal.

Area 09

Budget allocation

We identify where budget may be going to weak areas and where stronger areas may be underfunded.

What deserves the next euro?

Area 10

Change history

We review account activity to see whether the account shows evidence of consistent optimisation. If the account is described as managed, the change history should support that claim.

Output

You receive a decision dossier.

Built for owners, CEOs, CFOs and marketing leads who need clarity fast.

  • Executive summary — the financial findings that matter first.
  • Looker Studio dashboard — waste, risk and opportunity in one place.
  • Video audit — plain-language walkthrough of key findings.
  • Clean-up priority list — what to remove, improve, reallocate or review.
  • Budget reallocation advice — where spend should move next.
  • ROI guarantee — if we cannot show enough value, the fee is refunded.

ROI Guarantee

If we cannot show the value, you get your money back.

If we cannot identify at least 2x the paid audit fee in annual savings potential or return improvement based on the available account, landing page and search data, the audit fee is refunded.

This guarantee applies to identifiable improvement potential in the available data. It is not a promise of realised revenue.

Implementation, sales follow-up, tracking quality, website changes and market conditions remain outside the audit itself.

But if the data does not show enough potential value, the fee should not stand.

Requirements

The guarantee depends on usable data.

To apply the guarantee properly, we need access to the relevant data sources.

  • Read-only access to the Google Ads account
  • Access to relevant landing pages
  • Google Search Console access where available
  • Enough historical data
  • Conversion data where available
  • Accurate business input
  • No removal of access during the audit
  • Reasonable cooperation during onboarding

If the data is missing, incomplete or inaccessible, the audit conclusions may be limited. We will be clear about that.

Not included

AVO Launch is an audit, not an implementation project.

First, the system needs to be inspected. Do not fix what you have not properly diagnosed.

  • Page speed implementation
  • SEO implementation
  • Conversion tracking setup

Payment is required before the audit starts.

The final fee is based on annual Google Ads spend and confirmed before the audit starts.

  • Pay directly online
  • Request an invoice
  • Confirm annual spend before payment
  • Confirm multi-account or multi-market scope if required

No unclear pricing after the fact.

Fit

When AVO Launch is worth it.

  • You spend several thousand euros per month on Google Ads.
  • One good lead or customer has serious value.
  • Reports look acceptable, but you still question the return.
  • Your agency reports activity, but not enough financial clarity.
  • Costs keep rising.
  • Lead quality is inconsistent.
  • Landing pages may not be converting well enough.
  • Page speed may be hurting paid traffic.
  • SEO and Google Ads are not aligned.
  • Budget decisions feel unclear.
  • Nobody has properly inspected the full paid traffic system recently.

If your account spends serious money, uncertainty is not neutral. It is a cost.

Not for everyone

When AVO Launch may be too heavy.

  • Your monthly Google Ads spend is very small.
  • The account has little historical data.
  • There are no clear conversion goals.
  • You cannot provide account access.
  • You only want quick free advice.
  • You are not prepared to act on the findings.

This is not built for casual advertising. It is built for accounts where wasted spend matters.

After AVO Launch

The first audit finds the leak. Watchdog checks whether it comes back.

Some clients continue with AVO Watchdog after the initial audit.

AVO Watchdog is monthly control. It checks whether waste returns, search term leaks appear again, budget starts drifting, weak campaigns keep spending and opportunities remain underfunded.

  • New waste detection
  • Search term leak monitoring
  • Budget drift control
  • Change history review
  • Monthly priority update
