How AVO Launch Works

Read-only. Evidence-first. No campaign changes.

AVO Launch is designed to expose waste without disrupting your Google Ads account.

We do not change bids.
We do not pause campaigns.
We do not edit ads.
We do not touch settings.

We analyse the account, follow the spend and show where the money is leaking.

The process is simple.

Six steps.

No unnecessary calls.
No vague discovery phase.
No free advice disguised as sales.

Just a structured audit process built around data, evidence and priority.

01 — Apply

You start the AVO Launch application.

We ask for the information needed to understand whether the audit is suitable for your account.

This includes:

  • company name;

  • website;

  • contact details;

  • monthly Google Ads spend;

  • annual Google Ads spend;

  • who manages the account;

  • how long the account has been active;

  • main conversion goals;

  • estimated value of a good lead or customer;

  • current concerns about performance.

The goal is not to create a long intake process.

The goal is to avoid wasting time on accounts that are too small, too new or not measurable enough.

02 — Scope

We confirm the audit scope before the analysis starts.

The standard AVO Launch audit starts at €3,500 excl. VAT.

For larger accounts, multiple markets or higher annual ad spend, a larger scope may be required.

If that applies, we confirm it upfront.

No surprise invoices.
No unclear pricing after the fact.

You know the scope before the audit is released.

03 — Connect

You provide read-only access to your Google Ads account.

Read-only means exactly that:

  • no campaign changes;

  • no budget changes;

  • no bid changes;

  • no ad edits;

  • no keyword edits;

  • no settings changes.

AVO Launch is an audit, not account management.

Your campaigns keep running as they are.

We only extract and analyse the data needed to identify waste, risk and missed return.

04 — Extract

We collect the relevant account data.

Depending on availability, we analyse up to 730 days of historical Google Ads data.

This allows us to detect patterns that short reports often miss.

We review data across areas such as:

  • campaigns;

  • ad groups;

  • keywords;

  • search terms;

  • Quality Score signals;

  • landing pages;

  • conversions;

  • devices;

  • locations;

  • budgets;

  • impression share;

  • change history.

Waste is not always visible in one week.

Sometimes it builds slowly.

That is why historical data matters.

05 — Analyse

This is where the account is put under pressure.

We look for the places where budget is being wasted, return is being missed or management is too weak.

The analysis focuses on six core areas.

Search Term Waste

We analyse the real search queries behind your clicks.

We look for:

  • spend without conversions;

  • irrelevant search terms;

  • low-intent traffic;

  • wrong-fit users;

  • expensive query clusters;

  • missing negative keywords;

  • match type problems.

This is often where the fastest budget recovery is found.

Quality Score & Margin Loss

We review relevance signals that may increase cost pressure.

We look at:

  • expected CTR;

  • ad relevance;

  • landing page experience;

  • keyword-level inefficiency;

  • areas where poor relevance may be increasing CPCs.

This is not about vanity metrics.

It is about margin.

Landing Page Leakage

We review paid traffic after the click.

We look for pages with:

  • high spend;

  • low conversion rate;

  • weak mobile performance;

  • poor commercial alignment;

  • device-level performance gaps;

  • possible conversion friction.

A campaign can bring the right traffic and still lose money on the page.

Budget Allocation

We check whether budget is going to the right places.

We look for:

  • campaigns receiving too much budget;

  • stronger areas being underfunded;

  • budget-limited opportunities;

  • weak segments still spending;

  • spend patterns that do not match commercial priority.

The question is simple:

What deserves the next euro?

Revenue Acceleration

Not every finding is about cutting waste.

We also look for areas with growth potential.

This includes:

  • campaigns with strong conversion signals;

  • high-intent segments with limited budget;

  • regions or devices with better efficiency;

  • missed impression share in valuable auctions;

  • opportunities hidden under poor structure.

The goal is not to spend less.

The goal is to spend sharper.

Watchdog Logbook

We review visible change history.

The account leaves evidence.

We check:

  • what was changed;

  • when it was changed;

  • who made the change;

  • whether optimisation was structural;

  • whether activity was meaningful or random;

  • whether the account was actively managed.

If an account is described as “actively managed”, the change history should support that claim.

06 — Prioritise

Findings only matter if they lead to decisions.

Every important issue is translated into a priority.

We assess:

  • financial impact;

  • risk level;

  • urgency;

  • implementation effort;

  • expected return;

  • whether the action should happen now, later or not at all.

You do not receive a long list of random observations.

You receive a clean priority roadmap.

What to remove.
What to fix.
What to reallocate.
What to protect.
What to scale.

07 — Deliver

You receive the complete AVO Launch audit dossier.

The delivery includes:

  • executive summary;

  • Looker Studio dashboard;

  • video audit;

  • clean-up priority list;

  • budget reallocation priorities;

  • example findings;

  • annual waste and improvement estimates;

  • Watchdog Logbook review.

The output is built for decision-making.

Not just for marketers.

It can be shared with:

  • CEO;

  • CFO;

  • owner;

  • marketing manager;

  • sales lead;

  • internal team;

  • current agency.

08 — Decide

After delivery, you know where the account stands.

You can then choose how to act.

Option 1 — Implement internally

Your internal team uses the clean-up list to improve the account.

Best for companies with strong in-house PPC knowledge.

Option 2 — Give the findings to your agency

Your current agency can use the audit as a roadmap.

A good agency should welcome clear evidence.

Option 3 — Continue with AVO Watchdog

AVO Watchdog provides monthly control after the initial audit.

It checks whether:

  • waste returns;

  • new search term leaks appear;

  • budget starts drifting again;

  • change history shows meaningful work;

  • weak campaigns keep receiving spend;

  • stronger areas are still underfunded.

The first audit finds the leak.

Watchdog checks whether it comes back.

What we need from you

To run AVO Launch properly, we need:

  • read-only access to Google Ads;

  • enough historical account data;

  • clear conversion goals;

  • basic business context;

  • insight into lead or customer value where available;

  • access to relevant landing pages;

  • honest input about current concerns.

Better data creates a sharper audit.

Weak tracking does not always make the audit impossible.

But it may limit the strength of certain conclusions.

What we do not do during the audit

AVO Launch is not account management.

During the audit, we do not:

  • change campaigns;

  • edit ads;

  • add keywords;

  • remove keywords;

  • adjust budgets;

  • change bidding strategies;

  • rebuild landing pages;

  • implement tracking changes;

  • contact your agency without approval.

We expose what should be fixed.

Implementation is a separate decision.

Timeline

The exact timeline depends on account size and data availability.

A typical AVO Launch process looks like this:

Day 1 — Application and payment

You submit the application and complete the onboarding payment or request an invoice.

Day 2–3 — Scope and access

We confirm the scope and arrange read-only access.

Day 4–10 — Data extraction and analysis

We review the account, identify issues and build the audit dossier.

Day 10–14 — Delivery

You receive the dashboard, video audit and priority roadmap.

For larger accounts, multi-market setups or complex data structures, the timeline may be longer.

If so, we confirm this upfront.

Why read-only matters

Read-only access keeps the audit independent.

It means:

  • no disruption;

  • no campaign risk;

  • no hidden changes;

  • no conflict with your current agency;

  • no implementation before evidence.

AVO Launch is built to separate diagnosis from execution.

That matters.

Because changing before understanding is how waste often starts.

Built for fast decisions

The output is not designed to impress with complexity.

It is designed to make decisions easier.

You will see:

  • where money is leaking;

  • where risk is increasing;

  • where budget should move;

  • which actions matter most;

  • whether account activity matches the story you have been told.

That is what a proper audit should do.
